Shutup Jimmy. Some of us want to watch our shows. We pay good money for our internet not for it to be broken during the peak of the evening. I spent all day doing shit and the second I get home and want to wind down the shit goes out. You don’t need to tell us how to feel. I’m allowed to be frustrated at this bullshit.

My bill generated today and of course there was no credit for the 63 hours we were without service even though they said there would be. I have emailed them we shall see if they issue the credit.

My speed has went down awful tonight as well. I had been getting 350-400 but tonight it’s 8 that’s insane. They need to get this fixed asap are they are gonna loose a lot of customers.
