Just talked to someone who actually didn’t hang up on me. But she said as of 15 minutes ago they still don’t know when it’ll be fixed but she says they are working on it.

C.Wise I’ve been calling and they keep hanging up on me when I ask if they are actually working on the problem. I don’t think they are working on it. I’m guessing they won’t bother working on it until tomorrow.

I called this morning and got hung up on after being told no ETA so I just asked was it being currently worked on and the lady hung up. I truly am convinced they have no idea what’s wrong with it and I don’t think they are working on it. However, she did say we will all be getting bill credits lol.

Well another day with no internet. I think calling them every hour might be needed today until a straight answer is given.

Same message still plays when u call that number an they don't know anything or a eta I think Austin is in abingdon bc he posted something earlier today abt the 4 or 5 point broadband trucks up that way

Mines due on the 14th so I literally just paid them last week now no service this week. It was much better service before point broadband took over.

I really think they have no idea what’s wrong or how to fix it. I won’t be surprised if it’s out a week or longer. I wonder if they are even working on it.

That’s my biggest issue we’ve not been able to get a straight answer in over 24hrs. That’s terrible customer service.

Yeah my cousin wifi is saying no internet connection I tried to connect to his maybe they had to shut everyone off to fix the problem idk I wanna call tech support again but they will just lie some more

And even crazier she said she has the newer equipment from them and hers isn’t working ????‍♀️. I really think they’re lost on what’s wrong.

I just talked to one of my friends who lives up AP Carter and her internet is out also. She said her neighbor has original equipment from optinet and her neighbors internet is working. I’m beginning to think they don’t have a clue what’s wrong or how to fix it.

I sure hope they are. The internet light on my router had been completely gone. But now it’s red so maybe they are working on it. I still don’t have internet but I’d be happy just knowing they are actually working on it lol.

I just tried to connect to the wifi an now it says internet not available before it said wireless connection but no internet connection lol maybe they r doing something ???? ????????

Exactly if these boxes were gonna be a problem why not replace them. It’s kinda crazy though that they’ve worked fine all these years now magically they all turn off. That sounds so odd. And it seems they have no clue why or how to fix it.

Yeah their lying everytime someone calls that's what I'd do if it was me they should've replaced the optinet boxes when they bought em. Its 24 hrs now.

Same. I’ve even driven around and I’ve not seen 1 single truck in Hiltons. I really think they don’t have a clue why they’re not working and they’re not doing anything. I mean if all our equipment needs replacing they should start doing that.

That’s terrible they don’t even have an ETA on getting it fixed and I would bet since it’s such few of us they won’t even be in a hurry to fix it. This is frustrating.
