Been with PBB for around a year. Lately really regretting changing. Have had too many no service days to count anymore. Went down last Friday and did not get service till mid day Monday. Went down again Tuesday afternoon and tech came out Wednesday it came back 5 m before he arrived. Worked for 8 h now it's down again. Of course there is nothing to do but complain. Tech said my equipment is fine. At a complete frustration level. Would not recommend this service at this time.

Internet has been down all day. Customer service is very rude. Everyone who experience outages needs to demand they credit your bill for the time of outage when they start to lose money then they will listen

Wifi has been having connectivity issues since 9:00 or earlier last night (before winter weather) in Hagerstown, MD 21740. Not a complete outage, but affecting my ability to work regardless. Unplugging & restarting router did not help.

Slow internet in Richlands Virginia well Raven but close enough. Youtube videos not playing well when i have 1 gigbyte internet. So sick of this it feels like it's messed up more than working as expected. Pobably go back to Spectrum. They should be discounting our bills as much as the internet is down or slowed way down!!

Internet has been down most of the time since last Wednesday. Works in spurts of less than 20 seconds. .09 mbps dowload and 1.97 mbps upload average speed on speed tests....when I can run them. Three emails to Point Broadband and no response. - Newaygo, MI

Washington county VA 24210. My internet has been down for more than a week. A technician was here for maybe 5 minutes and said the problem was outside the house and he would put in a order to have it fixed. Still no internet. This is beyond unacceptable.
