21740 21740 21740!!! Y’all take so fucking long to fix outages it’s actually painful. Like do y’all not have employees? I genuinely do not understand for one why it goes out so much but second and mainly why does it take y’all so long to fix it? Where is the urgency?? People need internet at all hours nowadays that’s just life now. People have work, school, and like our friend said over here some of us just want to play video games or stream our shows to unwind for the little bit of the day that we can and we can’t even do that. I feel like a fucking caveman. It’s 2022 bro figure y'alls shit out. This shit is real live unacceptable. Just give a shit. That’s all I ask. You guys do absolutely nothing during the time of outages to better the situation. There’s no communication or anything. I cannot wait to move out of this dogshit ass town.

48838 slow speeds paying for gig service. Never even close to gig speed with direct gigabit Ethernet connection. They tell you to test on fast.com which shows decent speed test. Literally every other site shows awful speed results.. they came out said it's all good

every. single. night. having connection issues. i have never had an ISP that has took this long (over 2 weeks now) to get this fixed. every time i call they say it will hopefully be fixed by tonight. then tonight and tomorrow comes and it's the same issues. like, i actually have never had this amount of problems with any other ISP and that says something.

Our internet has been down for a full day completely after about a week of intermittent on and off. Point broadband has offered NO updates nor reason for the outages. I called technical support and they had no idea what it was out nor when it would be back on. I work from home office so this is a minor problem

Hiltons. Bvu should not have sold optinet to point broadband service was perfect until they sold to this big company. I've never had 500 up 500 down not once don't even get it with only 1 device online

Internet has been like dial-up since 12:00 am Sept 22 in the Bristol, VA. 24201 area and it's 3:00 pm as I'm leaving this comment and all they can tell me is that they were doing maintenance from 12 am until 6 am?

What is the deal with all the spotty service with this janky ISP?? I never had this issue with BVU but I am having to go out to my terminal box a couple times a day now and unplugging the cable to reset it. It gets flakey around 1pm and 9pm almost daily. VERY ANNOYING when you work at home FT. Get this fixed or I'll find an alternative that is reliable.

Once again it's out all day. Should have stayed with Verizon never lost internet then. Honestly thinking about going back. To pay 100 some a month to have same problem every damn week is ridiculous. Then every night it goes out for couple hrs I'm assuming maintenence but damn for 3 to 5 hrs is a bit much. We have lose so much of it yet charged full price.
