21742 Hagerstown WTF!!!!! 21 hours now. I have cancelled Point service and have dreadfully gone back to Antietam. This has happened far to often to proclaim Reliable service. BS!!!!!

21742-Hagerstown MD Still down! Unbelievable that an outage could possibly take this long. I couldn't wait to get away from Antietam Cable. This is the 5th outage with Point since the short time I have been using them. Not Reliable, No Answers, clueless on status. Very frustrating and angry. Back to Antietam.

This is bullshit point broadban is a joke they don’t give a shit about there customers at all they could careless half of them are drunks the people that came and hooked my internet up was drunk then I caught them sitting at the liquor store drinking minis like they are a fucking joke I didn’t even have to go through this when I had antiem cable yea the internet would go out but they would have it back on in a hour or 2 tops every single time I guess I really should of never switched to point broad ban I say every one should just leave them and go back to antiem cable honestly then maybe they would really give a shit about the customers and really do there job anit no way in hell people have been there all night long working on the outage no way possible nobody was there to began with I drove around all over this town out parts of town I didn’t see not one point broad ban person working on not a damn thing

They have no ETA, they do not know why it went down when I finally got through on customer service to ask. I was just told they are still currently working on it. It's been over 12 HOURS!!!! I HAVE TO WORK AT 9 AND WORK FROM HOME WHAT THE FUCK??? They told me to unplug everything and plug it back in and obviously it didn't do shit. FUCK you're damn if you have them and you're damned to if you have Antietam. I hate this town. Hagerstown 21742 world's shittiest town

21740 internet has been out since 730 pm it is now 1032 pm this is ridiculous people pay all this money for y’all’s internet and y’all can’t even get it fixed in a timely fashion like they most likely not even working on the issue at all and won’t be til tomorrow but don’t be lying to everyone about it be honest y’all are a company that says you have the best internet I switched from antiem cable because of this same problem and here I am again having the day issues can Hagerstown md please get a internet provider that doesn’t have a million and 1 problems all the time it’s unreal and ridiculous I’m sure it will be out all damn night long on a Friday night at that I’m sick of this

Starting week 4 of the internet being dead most of the time and sometimes functioning randomly for short periods of time. I called almost two weeks ago now. And the weather has cooled down several times to the point I know the tech guy was lying about the heat and atmospheric conditions being the cause of the outage. My best guess is they're replacing their network with fiber optic lines in my area. Either that or my wireless antennae is failing. There's no way an outage should have lasted this long. Back when we were under Casair there was a major outage and decreased service for like a year and a half. This better not be that major pile of BS again. 49319 Cedar Springs MI

Wi-Fi has been out for three days now. Phone lines just say “we are aware of the outage” and don’t give an expected timeline for when Wi-Fi will be up and working again. This is the only Wi-Fi service in the area and the company doesn’t even do their job. How do they expect people who work from home or students to live their normal lives? Bristol, VA 24201

The internet has been down most of the week. I called and the tech support is claiming the hot weather and atmospheric conditions is interfering with the wireless tower signals. Said it was a design flaw which I think was a lie. Considering we've had heat waves in my area before without the internet dying for no apparent reason. 49319 Cedar Springs MI
