Pierson mi 49339 No internet for 2 days. They won't pick up the calls and they don't return calls. Not right!! Horrible customer service!! Very pissed at how they're allowing this to happen and not let their customers know wtf is going on.

Internet was out for hours this morning only just came back. If Casair still existed instead of being merged into Point Broadband I'd swear they were the same company with how poorly managed they are and how bad the service is. No internet in Bristol Virginia, I cannot get any answers about internet or phone service. I use medical devices to keep in contact with hospital instead of being admitted. Now I have to go to hospice.

Internet down two days in a row. Customer service not available, sends you in an endless loop on a phone tree. Service noticeably worse once Point Broadband bought out Island Fiber.

You guys are literal dogshit. The internet has been down for hours in Hagerstown and there’s nothing we can do but complain in some comments that’s clearly don’t get read. I needed to get work done so bad this evening. Please be better this is embarrassing. Beyond frustrated!
