Outrageous lack of service. I have been a customer since the inception of CLICK which should never have been given up by TPU/City of Tacoma. There have been continuous problems with Rainier Connect.

Constantly browning out at all times of day. We have a business that depends on internet connection for meetings and the disruption is CONSTANT. GET. IT. TOGETHER. You have ONE job!

98403, Tacoma: turns out that the stream is working; it replay of recorded program that isn't working. RC's 'expert' had no idea. Asked me to go to settings and then wanted me to provide credit card number!!!!!

98403, Tacoma: no TV for nearly 30 mins now. When I reported it, the RC chat 'expert' connected me to a site to join a trial of some sort--that requires me to give a credit card number. (I did not do that.) I asked for an eta but no response.
