Tacoma, 98422 Since Friday May 21st, cable TV will not display channel & show information...only displays "to be announced". I called yesterday & was advised "no ETR". No updates of any kind, I would think email updates would be good customer service. (That's what other companies have done.) I would advise customers to be reimbursed for lack of service? I was advised to call during business hours to ask for reimbursement...
