71901 Hot Springs. Internet has been out for over 24 hours. Reported it via phone call and no one came today. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I don’t expect any service until Monday, maybe. This is totally unacceptable service. But then Resort Cable has us under their thumb in HS. We need another internet service here. I want a refund for the data that I am unable to use. Fat chance that I will get that. Just get here and fix the outage.
