Our internet is out and nothing in our house works without it. What is the problem with Resort Cable? No one answers the phone, on hold for 20 minutes with no answer, chat has a wait time of 40 minutes! What is the problem? Hot Springs 71901

Internet has been out since 2 PM and of course if you tried to call You will be on hold for 30 minutes and then they will tell you they have no ETA we've only known this weather was coming for a week now total lack of preparation from these people

Internet down in Hot Springs. Few hours now. Modem keeps resetting and when it comes on devices say connected with no internet.

Hot Springs. No Internet for HOURS. We pay for High Speed get slow speed, and now we don't get internet at all. This is a bunch of bullshit. If you are the ONLY provider for some people in my area, at least care when the internet people PAY FOR goes out and get it fixed.

I constantly have issues with my internet with Resort. Just terrible as the connection clicks on and off. I am frustrated.

Internet/cable tv service has been down since 10:30 pm last night - 11-4-22. Tried to call Resort Cable to report it and every time I select the service issue option it rings once and disconnects me!

Hot Springs-71913-Cleveland Shores area. Got a repairman out on 10-21-22 to address low upload speeds of 1.5. He couldn't fix stating it was a known problem but he was going to put in a work order to get something done at a nearby hub on 10-22-22 or 10-23-22. It's now 10-24-22 and I haven't seen anyone or heard anything. My upload is still 1.5 and some of the web pages are not loading. I agree with the others that we are getting not much for our money. If anyone has a viable alternative please advise. They just sent me a new contract and I just can't sign it again.

This is the fourth time in one month it has been down for hours. Missed work for 2 days in 71901. Most unreliable service I have experienced. Still not working!!!

Resort TV the only provider of internet in my area. Down again. I pay 130$/month for total crap. This company needs to be burnt to the ground. Thwy dont provide what we pay for and they pocket the difference leaving customers holding the bag with our pants down. Late stage capitalism at its finest folks. Profits > all. 71956

Another Resort TV Cable internet outage on the weekend, when no one is there and all the answering service can do is take a message and report. Color me shocked.
