Box has been blinking for hours, unplugging doesnt work. Resort is a sadistic monopoly that charges terribly high rates for subpar service. How the hell do they not have 24/7 customer support. If my internet goes down and you arent there to get it up and running I should have a discount on my bill to reflect that you are not providing what you're being paid to provide. It's almost as if they just do rolling blackouts so they can pocket your fees and keep their profits increasing. It's as if they operate strictly for their shareholders board members and executives at your expense and expect you to praise them. 71956, Mountain Pine Arkansas.

Hot springs ark 71901 I am so tired of at least 2 to 3 times a week its out . I pay really really good money and crappy service . Maybe shuf get up date better c equipment to stay updated but yes wish I could drop anything to with resorg

Hot Springs 71913 My internet has been shutting off and on for 4 days now. I have a business to run. This is unacceptable. If this does not dramatically change very soon I will be switching providers and I will sway anyone I meet from using cablelynx as a provider.
