Update: after 6 hours of the internet/ phone outage and a 40 minute hold that got hung up on, I called back and they said there was a known outage and there is no ETA.

Hot springs, internet went out at exactly midnight. 5 hours later still nothing, can't call them... they just hang up

I f-ing hate Resort Cable. It’s up, it’s down etc. There seems to be an intermittent problem pings go from 40’s to almost 500 then crash. Resort is the worst ISP. 71901 Hot Springs

71913// back to back nights my internet has gone out which is vital for my career and my team. I cannot contact resort this late, and this is an often occurrence with this ISP. I could pay 80 dollars in Conway AR for double the upload and download speed with consistent service. What a terribly monopoly they have going on here for people.

Hot Springs Internet is out once again. Don't bother calling for a credit. They will lie and not give you one. Working from home and I'm constantly having a issue.

Hot springs 71913 Internet has been cutting out randomly for weeks. It went out just now at 11:47pm and I call customer support and it hangs up on me. I pay WAY too much for this internet for it to be this crappy service.

71913 - Hot Springs Mall Area. No internet 2nd night in a row. Calling for technical support will only get you a recording the says "Goodbye", and hangs up.

71901/ Hot Springs So just an update from the Labor Day weekend outage that occurred 2 weeks ago. We were out of service for 6 days and just spoke with resort and found that since their system wont allow you through to speak with anyone and just hangs up on you they cant apply credit for days down even if they can see you did not have internet. $3 is what they credited on a $92 bill for almost a week during a holiday no service! Resort is a scam and dont mind stealing from their customers. Make sure they note your account if you ever want credit or if they ever let you through to report it.

Day 2 no service on holiday weekend. Calling in to find out any information system hangs up on you. Out of service since 10pm Friday night hope they plan on adding a downtime credit to the account Hot Springs Ar 71901 East Grand Ave.
