Down since 1130am of Monday July 26th 2021, still down. Called during bus. Hours 3 times, waited on hold for 35 to 50 minutes each time, then call picked up and dropped. NOT happy

71913 Hot Springs, this company is a shining example of why Captialism is wonderful. I pay somewhere around $120 a month for the max speed package and it's literally useless. When gaming ping spikes to 3000+ constantly. Constant disconnects. Kids can barely stream their shows. When it works, it does work fine, but it never works fine consistently ever. Not like it works fine most of the week then has an issue, I mean constant issues and interruptions every 10 mins probably. I wish another cable broadband company would open up shop, make these jokers fix their lines/nodes whatever is the issue. Cause as long as you have no other options what motivation do they have to fix it?

Hot Springs, AR. Resort internet down AGAIN. Just had the tech out last week for service drops. He blames our third party mode, but replaced some coaxial on the pole and it worked flawlessly for 2 days. Now down. Three years of this, bit there is no alternative.

Hot Springs Business without internet. 71913. I’ve tried calling the customer service number 23 times in a thirty minute period and just keep getting a busy tone. I don’t understand how a local business could not have a direct line to the local store for customers to report local outages or service interruptions.
