Hot Springs, AR. Resort internet down AGAIN. Just had the tech out last week for service drops. He blames our third party mode, but replaced some coaxial on the pole and it worked flawlessly for 2 days. Now down. Three years of this, bit there is no alternative.

Hot Springs Business without internet. 71913. I’ve tried calling the customer service number 23 times in a thirty minute period and just keep getting a busy tone. I don’t understand how a local business could not have a direct line to the local store for customers to report local outages or service interruptions.

71901 hot springs. Resort cable has to be the worst internet company I’ve ever had. Their service is never consistent and isn’t as advertised. Internet cutting out all day. Useless monopoly.

71901 - HS : the internet literally wont stay on for like 5 minutes. i have to consistently reset my router just to do anything. literally just paid for a 150mb down plan and i cant even use it 9 days out of 10. garbage

Resort put out a statement that it is a result of a “fiber being cut”. They are working to repair it and there is no estimated time it will be restored
