Jamestown, NY 14701 Ebt system down for all of NY State June 9th at 9pm. Went to two grocery stores, Tops and Wegmans. I was told at Wegmans Ebt system down for all of the State.

The system came back up for me a little bit ago. However, apparently the "declined" transaction somehow went thru according to SNAP, because I was charged for it.

NY snap recipient declined when I have sufficient balance called the number and it says they can’t temporarily access Acct. Grocery worker says he got a “host is down” message when I swiped :(

Card declined tried pulling up information on my phone says there is an error I tried calling it says my account is unavailable

Getting the same problems as others. Had a bunch of food and card kept getting declined. When I call the # it asks me for my last 4 digits. Then asks me for the whole number. Then says can't access your account. Call later. Completely embarrassing.

11004, Queens NY card declined at grocery store even though ten minutes ago I checked balance and had over $100...and now the automated phone line won't let me in to check balances at all

083332 Millville NJ went to snap office this am they said it's processing keep checking I was due the 3rd to get my snap wtf I need food for my family this is so wrong !! I knew I turned all my stuff in way before the deadline for my recert I did everything and she said it's processing

winston-salem 27284, stamps were supposed to hit today at 6am, called 3 times throughout the day and only have .40... sitting in walmart parking lot praying for a miracle. i'm hungry

Mines was supposed to hit on the 3rd talk to someone at the welfare office on Friday they said it’s processing and to keep checking that it’s a system error !!!! I already can’t find a Wic location for formula for my preemie son now I thought I’d get him formula off snap and it’s still not loaded !!! I’m in nj and see a lot has been going on with this issue for months and no one is talking about it!!!!

Recieved my card yesterday, activated it and I got declined. My portal became locked and now my providers app saying that CA EBT System is down. I was told to get a new card. 92584 (Menifee/Riverside County)

Dauphin county, PA Unable to complete Walmart grocery cart payment. For the 2nd day in a row I get errors reading: -Payment Can't Be Authorized -Incorrect PIN Families are in need. Why isn't this a larger issue? Why haven't users been contacted?

Newark, NJ 07112. My food stamps were due May 2nd. I have talked to welfare four times and they said it's an outage that will be corrected, and is nothing to do with any inaction on my part. Now it's the 26th and still not EBT.

I'm in 49202 in Jackson MI. EBT is down everywhere.This is not related to anyone's case specific issues. An announcement was made over the OA system in Mejier that the EBT payment system is down.

I called yesterday and they told me they would release my food stamp for today that there was a paper missing turned it in and they called said I would have the food stamp today and now it says the system is down and have no food for kids
