Nothing was loaded on my card but after visiting the dss office, I saw the transaction number confirming they sent payments to ebt. 21236 MD

CalFRESH EBT card was declined today at Stater Bros with a full account balance. I did receive my allotment for this month but an apparently unable to access it.

Suppose to receive my benefits today. And nothing. This happened in February and again this month. I don't know what's going on but I need food in my house. I'm in Trenton,NJ. NOW I have to wait for someone to call me back. DO BETTER NJ

I tried to withdraw $20 at ATM and it was declined and then tried to use as food at register and it was declined, showed zero balances. And when called system says my card was cancelled. Stressed me out! 2 years ago

08611 Trenton same here I am On the line sittin waiting to talk to someone I pressed as if I am applying for assistance cause last month they closed over 900 peoples cases and had to reopen them. I was one of them Now this month again I am Going to have to Go down there if they dnt answer cause family First Lady said they had no reports of anything wrong with the food stamps At all

08628 ewing nj I usually get my benefits on the 3rd of every month I had a problem last month with my benefits and it did not low till the following day here we go again this month I still haven't received my benefits I was supposed to receive it yesterday which was the third and today's the 4th and I don't have anything and also the Public Assistance Office it's not answering the phones because they're having technical difficulties so maybe that's why we all having problems with our benefit

Card declined at Walmart in riverside county California with a balance of $467. Screen said “no food balance” so I used my cash benefit and when the receipt came out, showed my full food balance. The card itself worked for cash, just not for food

California Tried using my card and it was declined. On the website it shows active. Called the number on the back of the card and the message stated my card was deactivated and for me to call my caseworker. Waiting for a call back.
