91723-California. I always get my benefits on the 5th but there’s a zero balance. This has never happened before and I can’t call till Monday. People depend on this every month, especially now with the pandemic. What’s going on?

1-888 number is down and my card was declined at the grocery store. I panicked thinking I didn’t update something but when I logged on here and a few other “technical issue Ebt websites” it states there are outages in all areas

On 12/19/21 I couldn’t call the number to find my balance. The app wasn’t working either. Just great i need good but I can’t try & purchase things without knowing what’s in there.

Just tried to make a small purchase of things needed for the kids lunches at Dollar General and it is saying it cannot be processed. Not sure if this is a EBT issue or if the store has a issue with cards not working. Either way, I had to leave our items at the store to get my kids from the bus, to now haveto waste more in gas to go back to the store.

EBT card not loaded on the 4th in Virginia. No one on call over the weekend at Virginia EBT offices. www.Connectebt.com website and app also down. Can't even register. Error message "The security answer format is invalid" when there is no security challenge.
