Bronx ny 10469 Child support loaded today and i went to the check cashing place to the teller to withdraw the funds. First try says not approved and i called the card in front of the teller and she heard my balance and said ok maybe its the machine. So she proceeded to go to the next window and swiped again and again it said not approved. So i call the card again and it say 0$ and also the last 10 transactions did say i made a cashback transaction but still produced not approved denied msg on my receipt

Saying insufficient funds at register. It never does that. It should go through, and I pay remaining balance if there is any. There are funds on my card.
