My foodstamps was supposed to come in at midnight but I haven't been anywhere to spend it and it said I spent it 4 hours before hand idk how it's possible tho

I went to use my EBT it said my balance was 0 balance and 81 dollars was used today but I haven't been anywhere to even spend it

Cathedral City, California. I called on the 10th whcih is when I got the emergency allotment last month. The person said you will get it on the 26th....NOTHING. I did tell the person about an error message I received via the website...she was non too interested. Said 26th and hung up. When I applied I felt so embarassed and sad...to need help at my old age...then this?

I received notice in my email that my Snap was posted to my account this morning. When I tried to get into my account through the website, an error message shows up. I called the EBT number, just to have the recording tell me there is no posting. 92879 CA

I was supposed to get the EBT emergency allotment today. I don’t know if the website is down or the whole EBT is down I have not received anything. It says the website is down. 96816 Oahu, Hawaii. Finally got hold of service desk. My recertification period was August/September. Got approved in September, no issues until Nov 5th. No benefits loaded. The worker today says her system shows I’m only approved for 3 months. I read her the approval notice I had dated 09/19/22 that states I’m approved and need to do a 6 month review (March 2023). She said she couldn’t discuss that with me, just what she sees in her system, which states it was only a 3 month approval. I told her I did not receive any notices and that this seems to be a sporadic nationwide issue. She said she will put in a request for someone to call me back - but can’t guarantee they will. She also said she will just go ahead and push through my November benefits. What??? That right there tells me something is wrong!! There is issues on their end but passing it to us it seems.

I didn't get my 89.00 this month which is my normal amount on the 8th of every month nor did I receive the my extra yesterday on the 28th still waiting and I certainly didn't receive my 89.00 allotment on the 8th of this month.
