I live in Indians and I've been trying to use it online at Walmart since the 7th and Walmart keeps telling me my balance is zero even tho I just had stamps put on it

Oregon is down too. Sounds like the outage is nation wide. No info as to when it might be fixed.

46218 Indianapolis, IN All stores in my area have experienced the shutdown. I was at Family Dollar to buy some candy, and found out the SNAP EBT system isn't working. I hope this gets resolved and operating again. This is a bunch of B.S. that affects us that we need food now!!

Northeast maryland-been almost 1 month since I should have received my fs benefits…still nothing and I’m told by Dss office it’s a glitch in the system..customer service says nothing they can do have to sit and wait and if or when I get them I get them…beyond frustrating! But if I go steal food to feed my 5 children I’m a criminal right?!

Was supposed to get card loaded Sept 9th and still nothing. Can't get through to food stamp line. Can't get a hold of anyone at office.I pray it fixed immediately. This is horrible. Feel bad for everyone.

EBT down in Md.I guess the food shortage every one talked about is real.This is the beginning of the end.If this Federal funded program doesn't get fix soon,people gonna start acting out.The small children need to eat.Let's go Federal agency GET IT TOGETHER !!!!

Elizabeth 07208-also everyone else I know who gets them today (not just my town) didn't receive them either and are struggling to get groceries. One of my kids works at a grocery store and he said it was shockingly quiet for the 1st ,so when I told him why he said how screwed up it was!
