Sick of the constant outage. Out again 2 hours now. 42420 internet once AGAIN. This is not even 17 days of full service yet you people want people to pay you for 30? I don’t think so. Gatbage company

There has been issues and issues daily in 2023 for zip 75252, there was 4-5 outages in Nov/Dec, Spectrum never respond, the only way is to curse them on twitter as they never reply to Twitter mail. So angry with them

Cable tv out for 3 days now. There is no power outage. I've heard a couple of different excuses at point. I don't believe they are even trying to get it fixed. They bought out charter and they never checked the lines or something. Charter sold out just in time cause their equipment failed and spectrum was ill prepared and the customers are paying the price . 43452 other companies are still working. Pretty sure I made the wrong choice with spectrum

33813 s Lakeland . I too have had no Internet since Wednesday last week. Almost a full week without Internet or cable and spectrum is not helpful. Can't produce a restoration time and gives no good reason for why it's been off this long and continues to be. I have not seen any spectrum trucks on the road as I drove all day. Wth are y'all doin. This service is a joke.

33813 My internet has been down 6 days and I work from home. No internet means no money. I called spectrum they say the same general excuse and really don't care. I think I am going look for service else where. This company moved at a snails pace.

No service in 29102 in over 24 hrs. No trees down and the sun is shining beautifully. No phone or internet????? No estimation of when service will be restored. Highly disappointed. Definitely switching providers Monday morning!!!
