I haven't had internet service for about two Months now, through "SpeedConnect", BUT, They keep sending Me a bill, with a late fee charge. Attached. Speed Connect was good for the last 15 years, except for not being able to talk with anyone after Their business hours or weekends. I found another provider, good luck to everyone else.

Speed connect is being sued for not paying their internet provider for 3 years. They’re closing. Block payments through your bank cuz I highly doubt they’ll ever answer again!

Saginaw 48601, 5 and half days still no internet and office has been closed for who knows how long no one answers. Michigan people check into skyweb service, neighbors have had it for several years and not one problem I know I will be first thing tomorrow!! Tired of this crap service from speedconnect!!

59401 Great Falls. Their website says the only way you can cancel their service is by telephone, and their offices are closed and they don't answer the phone. I went to email them to get a password update and they said there's no account with that email address but they emailed me last week to say they processed my payment. Well Montana users, we have a Consumer Protection Bureau in Helena.

How hard would it be to change the telephone recording to tell people what is going on. I'm in Cottonwood AZ and like everyone else I'm pretty unhappy with Speedconnect. They need to refund or credit everyone affected with at least a months service or more.

59401 Services down again sometimes it's down for days and I get no credit off my bill. I tried to call and the office says they are closed today, it's noon on a weekday. I am paying overage for data on my cell phone because the internet has been down so much. About three owners ago this was a great company today, not so much

Sandusky mi 48471 Been trying to contact speed connect for 3 weeks now, never late on paying my bill, been calling trying to pay them....I get emails stating my payment is late Another stating there adding a late fee, today another email today stating I need to make a payment, as soon as I got that email, my internet went out!!! My payment is 10 days late!! For the last 6 weeks my internet has gone out multiple times per day as well....if this company is going out of business, I wish they would tell us, I live rual and I do not have many options for internet...this isn't fair to anyone of us that are here posting. They need to refund each and every one of us....who do we contact next?

Florence,MT-Our internet has been out for 24 hours, but also experience outages as stated by other customers. Can’t get through to office, where ever that is. Would love to find another provider by we’re pretty limited here.
