86351 Sedona AZ, same, major lag/time outs on the upload side, and the DL side is at half normal. Yes, why are they closed? Will they blame solar flares? Will they say, Oh, we decided to do some upgrades and the AI broke it and locked us out of the building? Did they sell to Elon? Will any of these questions be answered?

Sandusky mi 48471 I have had numerous internet outages in july..I called again today only to pay my bill, it's 11.30 ish am and there is a recording stating there open 9am to 7.30pm, and then it says they are closed and they hang up on you...how do I pay my dang bill? Every time I called in July, I got the same thing, my internet is still lagging and goes out... anyone know why they are closed and hanging up on the customers? This is crazy....

Internet service had been without interruption for quite a while but have not had internet service since July 22, start calling Monday July 24, with recording that office is closed and to call back during regular office hours, which is when I was calling. Still no service as of Aug. 1. Changed ISP and cancelled autopay for Aug. Would like to keep email address and will pay fee, but cannot communicate with anyone regarding how to get invoiced for this service. Tried toll free number, emailed both tech support and billing. Got auto response from billing that it received my email. No further response. Sedona 86351

Midland mi 48640 I have had problems with billing for 4 months got double billed for same month since then I've gotten late fees and don't get bills til after there due trying to cancel on 7/31/23 but can't reach anyone to cancel so just not paying anymore... Calling hughsnet for new service and will go to court when I finally get a final bill

Great Falls Montana, 59404 and no service for a while service kept going off before that now they won't even answer their phones they should let us know if there's a power outage or they're closing or what's going on also thinking about switching internet service, been unhappy with speaking at for a while now!

Prescott Area. If your company is going belly up, at least notify the customers on the website and phone line, rather than just neglecting all service. What happened? Did they just suddenly abandon their headquarters and tell all their employees to stay home?

Birch Run Michigan 48415 7/27 8:48 am internet service is still out. Sure hope they get it fixed soon!!! Do not know why they only have Idaho as being out of service when you call in and listen to the automated message.

Prescott, AZ 86305 on Williamson Valley Rd. Internet has been out for an hour now and customer service is down too. If you call them, it immediately hangs up and makes 3 loud beeps. Worst company ever.

Dewey 86327. Mines been down going on 2 weeks, I call the number recording says they're closed and it's during normal business hours. No emails returned. I'm guessing they're closed. I need a new internet provider and it seems there are no decent ones in the area.

Sandusky mi here! No internet again today! Mine went out last night, at 9 am this morning I started calling them, recording said open 9 am till 7pm...4 times I called, there was no 1 there! And the phone hung up on me...it finally came on, and then it goes back out, I have tried 8x now this afternoon, and the call won't go threw, I'm beyond fed up!! And they never credit you when there is a issue or outage!!! 48471

I notice all the recent responses are from AZ and not any of the other states. I find it interesting that the same thing happened 10 months ago for MI users. There was an outage, and no one picked up the phone for them.. It seems they've been doing this intermitently for a while. The infrastructure is running, but when a local outage occurs,, they're unresponsive to customers for a time. It looks like when they do finally respond, they have been notifying some customers that they are no longer servicing the area and don't issue refunds I called support about a month and a half ago and got help, I wonder how the company is scheduling its tech support staff during these service blackouts. Are they just telling them to not come into work for weeks at a time?This is very poor management of a company. They look like they've been in the process of failing as a company for a while.

The company has to gone under. I have had no service for three whole days. Every time I call I get hung up on from Speed Connect direct line. You email support you get an automated message and then no answer past that. I have called the one 800 number three times hangs up on you during business hours. I have called the Prescott Valley store number and it says it’s busy. I want to cancel my service and can not get a hold of anybody this has never happened before with this company.

My internet has been down in the prescott area for 2 days since a big storm. I tried calling the Speed Connect number, and the answering machine says they're closed, even though its during business hours. I also tried calling the number for global tech solutions, which they are a subsidiary of, and the phone immediately disconnects.Calling the local number 928-772-1111 results in a dial tone.

Also someone got major government funding to get highspeed internet to rural communities but looks like another money grab all the way around. Looks like an internal investigation is due.

This service is horrible!! Was down 6 full days in April, two weeks later it went down again update for 7 full days then finally got news They are out of business in Pocatello and surrounding areas, they had no problem debiting my account for the payment! I had requested credit for the April outing and there was none and not credit for the complete shutdown!! I want my money back

Starlink IS available, with no data or user caps, although equipment is pricey & may take two weeks to arrive. However it is the best current deal for rural rescues in comparison to pricey & data/user capped services earthlink and hughesnet (speaking from previous experience)

Just got off the phone with tech support. Pocatello/Chubbuck towers are permanently down. Told us we need to find a new provider.

Spoke to the billing/sales/tech support (same individual answers to all three) speedconnect Also contacted tpt global tech & was told they are in a final price offer hoping it will be accepted & if not we will be shut down for sure. Speedconnect had stated it isn't worth 66k to keep a few rural customers.

Bad News Folks! As of 2AM Monday 5.15.23They said they just were notified that they will no longer be servicing our areas & we will need to find another service provider. Also that it is not cost effective to service these areas.

Pocatello, 83202 We’ve been out of wifi since may 10th! And not even 2 weeks ago we was out of wifi for almost 2 weeks! It’s ridiculous how this company can’t get their services straight! And what makes it worse this is the only internet company that will service the reservation!!

We have been out since Thurs May 11th @ 7:15 pm and all I have heard is network issues that might cause lost connection and they are continuing to work on it. 55 hours later and still down. Because of this I missed 2 very important appointments and it looks i will miss talking to my mom later for Mother's day unless they fix it NOW! There is no support or customer service at all......Pull your head out Speed Connect and fix it!!!

Rexburg/Rigby/AmericanFalls/IdahoFalls/Shelley/Firth/Blackfoot/FtHall/Chubbuck/Pocatello/&SurroundingAreas All out with simply "They are working on it to get you back on soon"," you and many others are in the same boat","we don't know what the problem is as they're not giving us that information","we do not have an expected time of when they will have it fixed","call us when it comes back on ..." Less than 24hrs after taking my always on time monthly payment the service was cutoff. They know its down from Missoula,Mt to Provo,Utah & everywhere in between on the map which is all of the above mentioned locations & surrounding areas. However, now when calling tech support for any assistance they've switched to state which tower specific to caller's tower service location saying still " they re working on it and will continue to work on it until they have it back up and running even when the call office is down, even during the weekend","have a nice day". Our specific location has been down since Thursday, 5.11.23
