Internet went out in Shelley at about 7:15 pm on Thursday, May 11, 2023. It is still out as of 11:40 pm. The automated message says The areas out are Pocatello Blackfoot and Shelley, including their surrounding areas. Usually when there is an outage, we can at least use data on our phones, but this time, even data doesn't give even a little internet access. Totally nothing. What caused such an outage I wonder? I wish they'd tell us what's up and a time frame of when ro expect service, but customer service had no information to share.

Pocatello, 83202 Internet has been out for a couple days l. No information about when it will be back on, I hate this company and it's the only one that covers Indian reservations. This is a joke company. DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE IT'S GARBAGE!!

Williams, AZ 86046 Today 2/20/2023 marks three weeks with no internet service. CS reps only say the tower on the Mtn is out, can’t get to it due to snow. What kind of company has no plan B, no contingency plan, no back-up? Such poor communication, service and professionalism.

No service 15 days now. No explanation. No estimate of return of service. We own a small business and depend on reliable internet. We also pay for netflix, hulu and disney+ for tv. The payment for speed connect came out of our credit card and you aren’t providing service or communicating with customers.

86326 Cottonwood Internet went out last night for no reason and it's been out all day today. This is getting to be regular occurrence and a big headache with this company. I live in AZ so there isn't any problems with weather interfering with the signal.

Great Falls MT 59405 service disappeared Sunday night -- 8/28/2022 -- and remains out 12 hours later. Service phones in Michigan do not ring. Seems like Speed Connect has skipped town.

48401 Applegate. I have been having problems for several weeks. I have called several times and told there is a work order for repair. I'm told it's interference. I have been told basically if I don't like it go somewhere else. I feel it's a sinking ship. This has been going on for over a month. I'm looking for another service.

Customer service ignorant when I reported outage that has happened since Wednesday. Man on customer service demaned I'd have to pay $10 to fix the outage in my area. STAY AWAY FOR SPEEDCONNECT!

Speed Connect still down since 4/08/2022 at around 2-3 am. SpeedConnect has always had outages, rarely lasting more than a weekend each month. They have the audacity to bill for services that were not rendered. Called SpeedConnect after they sent a bill for the entire month of May. Spoke with Keton, who said "it was just fixed". Then said it isn't. Mentioned this current outage has been going for 3 weeks continuously. Keton said the home equipment that SpeedConnect installed is not compatible with the newer standards and they do not have equipment available to install to remedy this. Keton said SpeedConnect would cancel my account retroactive to April 8th and refund monies paid. Since SpeedConnect is in California and I am in South Dakota, this falls under FCC jurisdiction. I will wait the 10 days indicated for my refund, otherwise I will be filing a complaint with the FCC and encourage all of you without service to do likewise. Colman SD 57017 - Talked to Adam (again) - his story this time is that it is a technology related issue. Half of the current technology has interference issues that they cannot fix. As a result, over half of the towers in SD will be turned off and service will no longer be provided. He stated that outbound calls will begin today to customers who will no longer be serviced by SpeedConnect. If you have email thru them, it will be turned off at the end of the month (5 days) unless you are willing to pay $5/month to keep it. May billings will be canceled and credit issued for days without service (18 days in my case). Time to start looking for a new ISP. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and last minute notice that service will not be restored. Stay away from SpeedConnect!

Sioux Falls just talked to support. They do not planning on fixing the issue in South dakota as the tower was damaged and is not repairable is what I was told support so if anyone has any suggestion for other options I'd be very interested

Sioux Falls SpeedConnect down since 04.08.22. Provider has no idea what is causing the internet interference for 10 days...yeah, so. I do not recommend this service.

Out in Colman SD 57017 since 04/07/2022. Called and was told it was an "interference" issue. The entire state of SD is either out, on-an-off, or slow speeds. No ETA. Horrible.
