Service has been down in Sioux Falls Sd since late Thursday 04.2022. Thought it was my equipment, told and -Called today. There is no one with service in SD. No fix ETA in site. I may have to jump outta contract. Cannot be without my security syatem.

Down Michigan since Friday as well. We are going to change providers - this is an ingoing issue where speedconnect goes offline for whole weekend and resumes service at 9:01 am set. Ridiculous

Connection has been down since Friday, late afternoon 3/18/2022. At that time, SpeedConnect did have a general announcement that they did have an outage in Iowa and Illinois. As of 1:00 pm Saturday, still no connection. And there is no general announcement on there call number. Anyone else in Muscatine County or zip 52747 have connection issues?

59405 Montana Also they service in Montana has been out for over a month! They claim their server went down February 21 but we had no service from around the 11th. Better off with dial up not even kidding.

59405 Montana This service is terrible the connection, or lack thereof, and their so called tech support is on par with their poor internet speed when it was up. They told me to find another internet service provider since they clearly are not one.

It is up! Yesterday they said it would be out until Monday but it was restored around 2 am today. Their predictions suck. So relieved that it is working again.

Why don’t they have a website where they can post updates? Why do we have to call their support staff with terribly phone etiquette to find out they are expecting to be out through MONDAY… When they went down Tuesday prior? STARLINK needs to expand their network faster, this is awful. What kind of discount do we get for being without service nearly 25% of a month?

they updated the recording you get when you call service. sounds like one fiber line was cut that took out service to two states!? I'm not sure how something like that happens.

This is now day two without internet. It's getting ridiculous. Since i work from home I'll be out of vacation time before I can even go on vacation! Speed Connect used to be really good and I highly recommended them. Looking for another service provider now as this and their customer service are terrible. Wilton Iowa

No internet since yesterday. This is the second major outage since last week. I work from home so no work I get to waste vacation time and then not get paid when that is used up or If continues will have to drive an hour to work! Was told fiber cut this outage but no estimate on time up . Not customer service available after they close- if I could have another provider in my area I would cancel this service 52349
