I use to highly recommend speedconect due to my experience with their service. I can no longer recommend them. They outages have become as bad as mediacom

Our internet has been down since 10:00 pm 8/20/21. No tech support evenings/weekends is really frustrating!! Always seems to go out after hours too. We experience outages all the time and are never offered any refund or discount for inconvenience either. Unfortunately there aren’t many options where I live or I would look into another provider! Pinconning, Mi 48650. Once again no internet service!!! I can't believe that there is no technical support on the weekend. We have a very sick person living here and need internet connections. This has been happening often. I guess it is time to find an alternative provider. Distraught!!

From Sandusky 48471 Mine went out 14 hrs as well, I have reset everything by 10x...called. text threw messanger...nothing! Sadly I have my house phone threw them as well, so I have no internet, no wifi for my cell and no house phone. In mid July as I was paying my bill and being charged $3.50 to pay by phone, I told the girl I had been having problems with everything, I was told!! It's because everyone is streaming movies !! And that is why mine kept going out! Comcast is now available in Sandusky and I just might give them a call, because 65 for internet and another 12 for the phone and then they are only open m-f 9 to 5....with no customer service and letting there customers sit for 3 days with no service....bet they don't give any credit to the bill for this!
