In 2015, Suddenlink was transferred to Altice, and along with Cablevision and Optimum, it became the American affiliate of Altice under the title Altice USA. Suddenlink hasn’t been right since Altice took over and changed systems in September of 2018 or 2019, and it’s been HELL since.. the service is AWFUL!! But they make sure they get their money on the spot every month... Something really needs to be done, this shouldn’t even be legal...

My message is same as above. Internet up and down all day and at night. The cable tv is the same way. They tell you that there is an outage in your area each time you call. Over half of my channels want work now, and the other one are freezing up. I had 200 megs but the service was so bad that I was only getting 40-50, so I dried down to 100 meg and as odd tonight I was only getting 13-17. I'm so sick of Suddenlink

Flagstaff, Az Internet goes out all day long, everyday. The only time I've seen internet this bad was when an IT employee was maliciously cutting the connection...

Internet is only good when it works. This company would not know good internet if it came up and sat next to them at a bar!!! You should probably stick to TV!

Hoped better for suddenlink but they are now what our old internet provider was...100$ a month just internet and this is how you treat us..wow..wish another company would show up and give u competition to be better... Charleston.25302

Why has internet service and cable been out for last few days in Madison WV 25130? I tried reporting this for neighbor as I'm not a Suddenlink customer. When I called customer service I was told there were no reported outages, yet everyone in my Apt complex is having issues, especially with a internet. I was also told only a customer can report issues! That's ridiculous. How can a customer report a problem if they have no service to do so?!! I'm not asking for secret to information,. I'm simply trying to report an outage that has been ongoing for days!

Bullhead City, AZ 86442 I have never had the displeasure of seeing the way Suddenlink operates. The TV goes out at least several times a week and now the local channels from Phoenix are working sporadically at best, if at all. This is the most piss poor cable company I have delt with ever!

Internet and TV both went completely out at midnight I haven't even bothered to check the phone as I'm sure it's out too no storm mostly cloudy but def seen worse weather with TV and at least slow connection. I see no point in calling to have someone come to fix it cause they never do they come out get it working for 2 minutes and leave suddenlink is becoming an issue with as much as they want to raise my payment when their services rarely work.

75935 i live in Center Texas and switched from ATT to sudden link internet and tv, but every since i have had the internet, my usage is up and down. i can be using the net and it will just drop off and after a couple of minutes it is back up and then will run for 5-7 minutes and off again...i need the net to work s it effects my remote working conditions.
