Thames Valley Communications is a local American company offering internet service within the state of Connecticut, also known as TVC they offer cable TV, internet and phone provider to the following areas: Gales Ferry, Groton, Mystic, Stonington and Pawcatuck. TVC was acquired from the City of Groton in 2013, the new owners have invested heavily in the company to improve products and services, and make TVC a competitive alternative to Comcast. Upgrades have included adding a large Video on Demand system as well as vastly improving Internet speeds. These services are made available to an estimated 64,000 people, making it the 67th largest provider of cable broadband in the US by coverage area.

06340 I have no internet, cable is fine.since yesterday. Please help

06340, Groton. CT The last three days my internet has been down for a period greater than 1 hour particularly around 6 to 8. I’ve done the whole power cycle each day and several times. The router continues to flash
