79110 Amarillo The support number is absolute trash. Why can't an estimated down time be given? Some people ate trying to work! Hope we will be compensated for lost wages. Just plain terrible that Vexus can't even be bothered to provide at least a half ass explanation.

Amarillo 79109 @ 01:15 https://downdetector.com/ and https://www.pingdom.com/outages/ both confirm issues existing with other networks, not just Vexus. As a website developing company, this outage is annoying to say the least. I must state, however, that I gave had nothing but good service and high quality connections through Vexusfiber. This outage is, by far, the exception and not the rule.

79109 Have had nothing but problems with vexus. looking to switch providers. down for a while after an already bad day. thanks vexus. worst service ever! had at&t but it is not available at my current address. I have only had Vexus for less than a month and am not pleased with their internet or lack of phone support.

Amarillo 79109 @ 01:00 Vexusfiber confirms outage (over an hour now), but little information otherwise. One can only hope they are too busy fixing the problem to answer the phone. No indication of estimated duration and, as a business owner, this is highly aggravating. I thought unplugging was supposed to lower stress, not raise it!

My apologies for the issues you are currently experiencing with your services. There is a maintenance currently going on that is effecting all of the Amarillo market. The last update we received on this was at 6:36am, our technicians are currently working on completing a repair and splicing one of our fiber line. They are currently half way through the splicing process. Because of this the maintenance has been extended past our maintenance window. We are working on getting this resolved ASAP, at this time we do not have a estimated time for resolutions. Thank you for choosing Vexus Fiber, enjoy the rest of your day." According to a phone call, a truck hit their line. Is this a common thing with Vexus?

70433 Covington Vexus Took down their service for maintence last night at 1am. Thats when I call them. They said that it would be down for 2 hours at most. I wake up this morning and the net is still down. I call again. I was told that some one cut the fiber at a construction site. If it is some one elses fault then the they can avoid giving us credit for time lost but not if it is their fault. Is it possible that the line got cut. Yes. It isn't very likely that the line got cut right after the update they did. Smell like bull shit to me.

all internet in louisiana is down bc a road construction crew accidentally cut their cable. 70433 + Covington
