79110 Amarillo The support number is absolute trash. Why can't an estimated down time be given? Some people ate trying to work! Hope we will be compensated for lost wages. Just plain terrible that Vexus can't even be bothered to provide at least a half ass explanation.

Amarillo 79109 @ 01:15 https://downdetector.com/ and https://www.pingdom.com/outages/ both confirm issues existing with other networks, not just Vexus. As a website developing company, this outage is annoying to say the least. I must state, however, that I gave had nothing but good service and high quality connections through Vexusfiber. This outage is, by far, the exception and not the rule.

79109 Have had nothing but problems with vexus. looking to switch providers. down for a while after an already bad day. thanks vexus. worst service ever! had at&t but it is not available at my current address. I have only had Vexus for less than a month and am not pleased with their internet or lack of phone support.

Amarillo 79109 @ 01:00 Vexusfiber confirms outage (over an hour now), but little information otherwise. One can only hope they are too busy fixing the problem to answer the phone. No indication of estimated duration and, as a business owner, this is highly aggravating. I thought unplugging was supposed to lower stress, not raise it!
