Two of my TV's have the Vexus app missing. I can access Prime & Paramount + but not Vexus. Both TV's went offline around 2am this morning Vexus told me that they were aware of the problem at 7am this morning. 3:30 and still not available

Internet down this morning in 76309 - Wichita Falls starting at about 8:15AM In this age of Work From Home this is EXTREMELY impacted. This isn't just a "whoopsie" and will there be any compensation? Not a chance. Can't get anyone in on their support staff to pick up the phone, and their "chat feature" on their site has been disabled. And they'll once it does eventually come up, they'll just go about their day, collecting our payments. Cockroaches.

Vexus fiber down in Louisiana 70448 for last hour. Their self help system says no outage and gives a number to call. tried calling number 8 times and get a message that call can’t complete because their incoming lines are full.

Amarillo,TX 79110 Vexus is just as bad if not worse than what Suddenlink was. Supposed to be better, faster and cheaper. Constantly have no internet and bill just for internet is almost what I pd for internet and tevo with over 150 channels. What a joke

Lubbock 79424 The internet is slow and we are paying for the 1 gig service and at best get maybe 400mbps. They have sent several tech to try and fix it and the solution they provided was a 30 internet cable. Fabian from Vexus was suppose to look into this however that is what every tech says. Looking for another internet provider and rate this low and not recommending them to anyone.

Changed from Suddenlink and everything was great for about a month. So we can’t watch TV most evenings from 5-7 as the internet just bogs down and won’t load any shows. Internet seems to constantly go down.

Been with Vexus 2 wks nothing but trouble, if they can’t fix this problem I’m going back to suddenlink,I don’t know a lot about internet but I don’t think upload is suppose to be a lot more then download when I do have internet??

Smyer, 79367 Very sporadic internet. Can't get through a 1hr episode without it interrupting every 5-7 minutes and states no internet connection but then it starts working again within 1-2 minutes. Extremely frustrating!! Vexus used to be the best, now for the last 6 months it has been really horrible or getting horrible. Unfortunately there's no one else around that will service out here for a decent price. Vexus needs to get back to the way they used to be!!!

Its been 3 days since no i internet connection here lubbock texas 79424, they said they will gonna come and fix it yesterday but nobody came. Very poor technical service support. This is the last day if they will not fix it today I will surely unsubscribe from them.Im so very disappointed.
