Internet was out about 4 hrs yesterday afternoon. Now it’s out again on Sat night, on and off last 2 hrs, now just off here in Slaton, 79364.

79424 Lubbock Down this morning. Have unplugged all and let sit for 15 minutes. Nothing when plugged back in. So far not so good with VEXUS. Installation at home and business was a mess, billing promises weren’t kept until I spent two hours arguing with rep about what the salesman told me regarding no install fees and monthly rate, and now outages. Very disappointed I switched and really don’t want the hassle of going back LOL.

I live in the Southlawn area of Amarillo- 79110. Woke up this morning to no wifi. I went to my office and the light on my Eero was red instead of white. I unplugged everything and gave it a couple minutes before plugging it back in but the light turned red once it booted back up. Got a text around noon saying they're "working on it". It's now 1:30am and I have not had wifi all day. I've never had a wifi outage that wasn't resolved within a matter of hours with any other provider I've had wifi service with before Vexus. I just switched from AT&T in mid November. Haven't even had this service a full month, and I'm already questioning my decision to switch.

79413 - Lubbock Texas- Vexus down since this morning and no fix yet to be seen. Not sure if something blew on their end but all day outage must be pretty serious. We just switched to Vexus and love the speed - I hope these outages are not a regular weekly occurrence. Remains to be seen for a timely solution- hope it gets solved tonight. I seriously don’t think there are a team of techs huddled around the mainframe trying to solve this issue but if there are May God Bless them and help them fix this dang thang!

Service has been bad since this afternoon. Unable to connect with many websites. I live in Amarillo tx 79119. I can't find anyone to verify connectivity problems or when you expect to have them fixed. I've called but I'm unable to speak with anyone. I'm on hold, it's been almost 30 min, and there is always 10 callers ahead of me.
