It's a telecommunications company which is currently owned by XO Holdings, Inc and is listed and traded. XO offers its client managed and converged Internet Protocol (IP) network services for small to medium-sized enterprises. They deliver their services through a mix of fiber-based Ethernet and Ethernet over Copper configurations. Also, the company has an external network-to-network interface agreements with the more traditional carriers and local cable companies.
