We have had zito for a while now. At first they were great. Then non stop issues. Does no good to complain. They promise to reimburse and don’t deliver. Thinking it is time to take our business elsewhere. I work from home a lot. They “act like they are fixing it while on the phone” just to get you off of it. Zito in ohio sucks too!!

Outage in Locke, NY. We've been out for 18 days!!!!! A tech was supposed to come out yesterday and another no call, no show (this is the 4th time this year!!). In 2022, we've been without internet more than we've had it. A household member works from home and this is causing serious problems! If Zito can't provide the service they take my money for, they should say they're unavailable in my area!!!!

Bakersville, NC - 28705 Internet went out yesterday afternoon and I called customer service and reset the modem per their directions. They said everything looked fine on their side, but then retracted saying that there was a problem with TV (didn’t explain what it was and I don’t have TV with them). The really upsetting part is that they claim a technician isn’t available to investigate until December 20th which is over two weeks away. This is absolutely unacceptable as I work from home. I miss Country Cable (previous provider bought out by Zito) and based on these reviews, have no idea how Zito is still in business.

My internet has been bad ever singe i got zito media in Sedalia KY 42079. i was suppose to have 200mbps but i kept getting 5-20mbps! they had a 1 gb package on their site for the same price that i was paying ($80) and i found out it takes a new style modem and its a 6 month promo, so i got it. the speed was 1gb the day the tech was there, within a few days it would fluctuate from 200mbps to 800mbps. then no more than 5-7 days later, it crashed to 10mbps for several hours. sometimes would hit 0mbps then back up to 20mbps. i called and had a tech scheduled for the next monday 3pm to 5pm (this was on a friday) so i had to wait 3 days just to get a tech to come to my place. i was told i had to be there so i rearranged everything i had to do that day to be there. i even got there early because in the past either they dont show up or they get there early and leave, so i didnt want any excuses... well i called at noon to make sure they were coming between 3pm and 5pm and they said yes, absolutely. they didnt show up and didnt call! i contact customer service again and they scheduled another tech to come out, 1 WEEK LATER on the next monday. i was getting about fluctuations from 0 to 60mbps which means i could do basic things on the internet or NOTHING AT ALL. but remember i'm paying for 1 gb which is 1000mbps!. well it started crashing to 0mbps again all weekend and i called customer support. they checked it from their office in Pennsylvania and said, well the numbers look good here, i said, i just did speed test, hardwired and getting 4mpbs download and 0.4 speed upload and 2mbps speed test download on my cell! so i said no matter what your computer says, i have no interenet! the monday they were supposed to show up (the 2nd time) i called again about noon, i asked for sure are they coming out? they said yes, absolutely. i said you said that last week and they didnt. they said oh its for sure. well the guy DID NOT SHOW UP A 2ND TIME!!!! i called that day and said you told me a few hours ago he would come, 3-5pm he is not here, they said , oh they checked from the office and it showed it was no problems so he canceled the ticket! I SAID GET HIM OUT HERE! they scheduled him the next day from 1pm to 3pm. i had to be here, AGAIN. this is a warehouse of mine so i'm not always here but had work to do so i got there at 8am. the guy came at 9am and wasnt supposed to be there until 1pm sigh... he checked the lines, said they were good, and he didnt even do anything but i did speed test and it was 500-800mpbs so finally the speed is back up and i was getting "up to 1gb" again. but, he didnt do anything so i told him, you have to find the REASON its going out not just ignore me if your system thinks its good. well... 3 days later, it literally crashed again to 0 and they sent someone else out on call on saturday to check my signals, he said its 100% dead, even 1/4 down the road, all the access points were dead. he has to get bucket truck crew to check it, he cant. so its been 3 days and i dont even have a date or time they will "try" to fix it, but maybe monday, which is 2 weeks after they were scheduled to come on nov 7, 2022. i asked for a credit and they will give me $15 discount for 3 months. its terrible service because now most of the time someone in india is picking up the live help. they dont even have an option to do auto pay on their website! the guy in india said "i'll take your card info if you want auto pay" i said no! going to bite the bullet and just buy starlink i guess at $110 a month, or $135/mo for RV package so its portable, i just hate having to pay $600 up front for it. i'll at least look for at&t fiber in the area, i may have that option.

My internet has been down for 2 months I'm told repeatedly that a technician is on his way within 48 hours to fix it. The last technician pulled into my back driveway and ate his McDonald's sandwich pulled out and pulled into my front driveway where he finished his soda. And then he left. I was told that in additional discussion that a technician had been handed my work order 2 months ago and held it long enough to erase his name. Nobody caught it until I started screaming. I'm leaving Zito and I want to know how to stop their charging my account.

24069 in cascade va. tv out all day as it is now, not even getting locals. Their contracts indicate there is no problem if the cable in not out for 24 hrs. so they do not need to service the area. Now if the cable bounces back on for a moment or two the 24 hrs. starts all over again. What a BS company. I THINK WE THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD FIND A LAWER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT JUST TO RECOUP OUR MONEY FOR NO SERVICE.

Worse internet I’ve had since the days of dial up, zito bought out our old cable/internet provider and ever since it’s been a complete shit show. They need to go back where they came from and stop claiming to be award winning internet service, Potential Customers BEWARE- there isn’t a day where our internet isn’t interrupted by something they can’t decide on. Bill is always paid on time and 3x times in not even 4 months they have terminated our service due to unpaid bill which truly has never been late or not paid. Zito sucks

24069-Cascade Va I have talked to the person through the help desk or to 5 different people and was told that there were alot of outages in my area. The first time was told there was a ticket created to get a tech out in 24-48 hours no one showed up, the second time was told that we needed to create a ticket so the tech come out on September the 19th and was told that someone else would needed to come out to adjust the signal and that the work order had already been created so here I am 2 months since everything started and I still have no internet and only got a $20 credit

31061 Milledgeville I Zito help desk to tell them my internet was down and their fiber cable was on the ground just up the street along with the pole it was attached to. They said to wait 24 to 48 hours and someone would contact me. Then said set it might be another week before I get service. They are saying there is not outage in my area so I guess I am there only customer on my street.

Truly terrible service, I've been with Zito for nearly four months now and have not had one single day of uninterrupted internet, service is typically down for a minimum of a few hours a day, and the company makes no effort to alleviate their customers. Only use Zito for internet if you literally have no other choice.

Problems daily, but billed as if it’s perfect service. The modem provided by old carrier isn’t listed as “compatible” on zitos website.is it legal for a company to buy out another company knowing there service won’t be working? I think this is an illegal practice and suggest class action lawsuit

Williamsburg, 40769 Only ISP in my area sadly unless you want Satellite (which i can't do and work from home so...) Once again, crappy service. It's up for about 30 min, then goes out. I can't watch anything over 360p. Can't play games with my friends because i can't stay connected. This has been going on for three weeks. First time, they said "we'll get a tech out" but then cancelled the order because the guy was new and didn't put his notes in right. Second time I called, they sent a tech out who claimed he "fixed it" but it's still doing it. Called today, and they said "yeah you need another signal adjustment, earliest we can get someone is Wed for you." So here we go waiting yet again and HOPING it stays connected enough for me to work throughout the day (though I doubt it) If you have an option of someone else, go with someone else as your ISP please. Save your self the headache and stress. For the record, this is not the first time this has happened. Last time, I fought with them for 3 months, count 'em. 3 months, just to get a stable connection. They first said it was my modem which was a year old. I bought a new one, turns out, not the modem! Then they said it was too many people on the line in my area. Finally they said "oh we're sorry, it's actually a fried amp. Looks like lightning struck it." Took three months to find that? hmmm...

Burney Ca 96013 My internet is down every day from 9 am to around 10.30 pm I've called many times even had tech come out. He couldn't fix it said he would have maintenance come out on Monday. That was two weeks ago. So my internet been out three weeks. So this Monday I will call Frontier and get internet from them. Don't want to but at least I do have choice.

We have been without internet for 2 weeks. Have heard every excuse possible including calling the Motorola company who made our modem. This is day 2 of waiting on a tech, that will be here an hour ago. I honestly wished someone would start a class action law suit against them charging for services they are not providing. If we had any other choice at all we would change, but they are the only ones in our area right now. It is amazing that they have enough people working to send out monthly bills, but not enough techs to provide and maintain the service. Must be a wage issue for the techs. Our only hope is that Clearwave makes it to our area. Harrisburg IL 62946

I have had off and on internet for 2 weeks called almost everyday..first ticket got canceled..not sure why ..second ticket to come here to my home Oct 4 ..no one should have to wait a week for someone to come here ..total 2 weeks without phone ..I can't call my doctors office can't call anyone ..Shameful! 15857 St. Marys,PA

Carbondale, Illinois I have not had internet service since 9/22, I have called several times and get a different story each time; outage in my area, reset your router, maintenance in my area, give it 24 to 48 hours and it will be back up, reset your router, I'll put in a maintenance request, reset your router, reset your router reset your router! I have 2 sons attending college for engineering and I need the internet to work. My bill is paid automatically every month but I seem to never have internet service ever. Please fix this issue asap.
