Mays Rd Milledgeville Ga 31061 has been out since Saturday afternoon. Ive made countless calls attempting to get some sort of update. Can hardly reach a person and when I do they are no help. No estimated time of reconnect, no help what so ever.

Zito has to be the worst isp I’ve ever had. My internet is literally down more than it is up. Country Cable was fine, now my speeds are slower and service is non existent. I will literally tell this to anyone who will listen. Trash company

Internet and phone going out several times a day. This is ridiculous. Two hour wait times to call tech support is unacceptable as we. Been trying since August 1 when you bought it country cable! Zito Media needs to straighten some things out. WiFi is down more than it is up. WiFi goes out several times a day for hours a time. Give it back to country cable never had a problem with them. Everything ran smooth. FIX YOUR WIFI. Spruce Pine Nc

Ziti media internet is out at least once weekly for sometimes a full day. Do not recommend although I have. 62946 terrible customer service. Been ongoing for years. They just can’t get it right!

Going on day 3 without internet... I've had high speed internet for around 25 years and never have had to put up with an outage this long. Customer support is no help and give me different stories every time I call. These kind of issues never happened until Zito bought out Carolina Mountain Cablevision. I don't even get billing statements anymore letting me know when my bill is due. ZITO SUCKS so far and if this is the type of service (or lack there of) that they are going to be providing, then they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals office. 28785 Waynesville NC...

Zito cable internet had been down now for going on three days. This is happening too often with Zito. It was down in at the end of June for several days too. Goes out for hours at a time each week. Cannot wait to switch providers!!!!

Located in Julian CA 92036. As of 0917 PM the internet is still down. Called Zito Media this morning and was informed that some equipment had to be replaced at the providers end and they were waiting on receiving it before they could fix the problem. The problem is not local but originates at the providers location. They were expecting the delivery sometime before noon and the network should be back up later in the day. Here it is now at the 4 day mark and still no internet. Just got off the phone with a service rep at Zito and now they do not have any estimate of when this will be fixed. Told them to credit my account for the 4 days it has been out so far. Will wait and see what tomorrow brings.
