So far, the buyout of Carolina Mountain Cablevision by whoever the hell Zito is...turned out to be a raw deal for customers. Internet down...been down...NEVER had to wait even close to this long with the former company! If this happens again then we will be switching to SPECTRUM who has recently just moved into the area thank goodness!! Get your shit together Zito! Do better!!!

I haven’t had email for almost 2 weeks. Called and they were supposed to call me back…still no call. Now our internet is not connecting to our TV. Getting real tired of dealing with this. Customer service and internet service SUCK. Not a happy customer.

Been a customer for a while now and just recently I've experienced so many hiccups through the day I might as well don't have internet, a tech came out to check out my connection and claimed things looked good, talked to someone else and they also said they've been experiencing the same issue. I talked to customer support and they told me repeated disconnects can happen during busy hours which is odd considering this has never happed before, normally during busy hours the internet might slow down but never goes out. Sucks this is happening because Frontier is my only other option and heard nothing good about them but I might give them a try. Susanville, 96130.

Knife River, MN 55609 - My email has not worked for incoming email since last Monday. My outgoing appears to be now working but I am not receiving any except from me. I have been talking to people since last Tuesday at Zito and it took until Friday for some one to admit that they had a problem. I am still not sure if anyone at Zito understands that I have a problem. I run a small retail business and receiving email is important to me. We have no call coverage where we live so using a cell phone is not possible. Our internet is working and our phones through Zito.

My service is Lakeconnections.net and is in Lake County Minnesota. It is a Zitomedia company. I also have a gmail account. For the past 3 days I have not been able to get any e-mail on my lakeconnections account. I have tried 2 different clients on 2 different computers and webmail. Nada, nothing. I usually get 15-25 e-mails per day and one on gmail. I have spoken to two humans with no accents, and they say we'll have our people look at it. Should be a couple of days. This is optic fiber service, serving the whole county. We are the only Zito company in the state. My county has a population of about 10,000 in an area just under 3,000 square miles.

This is ridiculous. I just paid my bill two day ago and they told me my internet would be restored in five mins took a whole day for tech to come out cuz my modem was "bad" .. now two days later I have no internet again. This is getting pretty ridiculous I'm about to switch to another service all I have with zito is nothing but problems. I give 1 ⭐

Every flipping time I pay my bill my internet 2 days later goes down this bs you call they say oh we put a ticket in ,and I have a modem on side of house that old company fiber vision put there I have the old fiber vision equipment to why can't I get upgraded to the new zito media equipment like my dad has this company not right they want you to pay your bill but service is horrible My wife looses her job do to their lack of service there will be action taken FIX YOUR SHIT RIGHT END OF STORY !!!

Absolutely the worst internet company i have ever dealt with. Forced to use them as our formerly awesome local provider for many years for some reason sold out to these asinine fools. Two full business days after 'weekend' transition- still have NO buisness phone line. It took until Tuesday at 4 pm to get internet back on. Now its at under 20 mgb.
