The internet has been down since 9:00AM PST. How does this company survive when the internet consistently fails for an ENTIRE DAMN DAY! This company should be fined and acquired by a competent provider. This is absolutely ridiculous. You can’t get through to tech support, so you have to call the sales department, and they either transfer you to tech support (which never picks up), or they simply hang up on you. This is the most pathetic excuse for an internet provider I have ever seen. How can you run a business without internet access? I am thoroughly disgusted with these idiots. Frazier Park, CA 93225

Borrego Springs,CA. 92004 I don’t know why my bill is so expensive when I can’t go a couple of days without an outage. Been almost 24 hours now, no service. If the San Diego freeways can do upgrades in the middle of the night, why can’t Zito? What is going on???!!!!

Internet started yesterday in and out every hour on the hour. Called today as it's doing the same thing, but when it is connected, I basically have dial up speeds and service quality. Was told by their customer service to call my modem's company (since I own my own modem) as it's on their end. I called them, paid the $50 fee to speak with one of their techs, who stated my modem was fine and configured properly. (thankfully they will be refunding 45 dollars of the fee to me in a few days) But according to Zito, there's nothing they could do and the tech won't be out this way until sometime next week. Once again, this is costing me lost work time (since i work from home) and let's not even get started on the rep I spoke with at Zito, who proceeded to order lunch for himself and his colleagues while he was supposed to be helping me. Guess he forgot to mute his mic, but I hope that pastrami meatball sandwich he got Gino's Deli was fantastic.... 40769
