I've had a trouble ticket open for a month now because I cannot access bill pay, and I no longer receive paper statements, so right now I have no ability to stop payment, look at my bill, nothing; and no one replies. Most horrible customer service ever experienced. They do not reply to emails, if you use the chat they are rude and unresponsive, and calling in will waste an hour of your time just to be hung up on. Zito has got to be the worst internet company in existence. Woke up early this morning to do some school work and no internet. Called customer service and they said, you have no service, we don't know for how long. What a joke. 55616 Two Harbors

Proof of Payment did not correlate with their records so now I have to submit it through a different department even though their records showed payment of several months and then when reloaded showed non payment. Agent said I could not speak to anyone in a higher because they were all busy. Sending proof and expecting a refund. Ridiculous customer service and inaccurate record keeping.

Just got off the phone with zitomedia support. Said there is an outage in the area and could be down for 24-48 hours. Did a meteor hit…. Maybe a nuclear bomb? 48 hours? There hasn’t been any crazy weather or significant events going on, why so long of an outage, of course couldn’t tell me what the outage is….. figures. Wish there was some competition in this area, yay rural living…..

Zip 92036 The last two week on an off service. Now today no service I pay 92 dollars a month for service and as of last I getting ripped off due to no service . Please fix the problem. If it's not your lines fix your wireless router

This is the worst company ever! Internet and cable have been out for 3 days now and and the Internet service it's terrible when it does halfway work. I'm switching ASAP. Cascade Virginia.

Internet went out AGAIN overnight. No weather issues whatsoever. This is the 10th time in less than 3 MONTHS. Unacceptable. This just doesn’t happen to a competent provider. This company should be burned to the ground. Btw, they do not credit $15 for each day service is down. They tell you they will, but they only applied one $15 credit for the last 4 days we were without service. Pathetic. Class Action Anyone?

Maintenance window seems to be Mon to Fri, if the sun is up, if the weather is good, if they feel like it. Fiber splice yesterday in Coudersport, they knew it was happening, didn't know if the tech was on site, if they were working on it, when it might be back up. complete lack of a clue to what they are doing. I actually asked them when they were going to be taken over by someone that knows what they're doing. I work from home and have countless days when I can't work. Todays outage is not 3 hours in, nobody knows what's happening. Field tech dispatch, no idea if they're there, having coffee, sleeping in the van. Lanse, PA, 16849

This company has cancled service calls 4 x times in two weeks. There cable has not worked since day one. I would highly recomend staying far away from them.

Reported outages on 02.01.2022: There were a total of 43 outages at Zito Media. Maybe get out of the internet business and try something more your speed. You guys are about as sharp as marbles. Everyone be sure to call and ask for money off of your bill because of the outages. Zito will not voluntarily take the money off. But you can get 15$ off of your bill for each day without service if you call each 24 hour period of having no service.

We ended up as Zito customers when Chatmoss went out of business or sold out! Definitely not our decision! Lost channels we had, coverage or internet dropping even worse than with Chatmoss! Danville 24541

I work remote, when I first moved in I worked a week and then my net dropped. Zito said there were outages in my area. I wait and a week later and still no connection. I call again to discover they disconnected at the pole because of a letter saying the previous owner was deceased. I lost my job because of being out of work for a week with no real reason because of zitos lack of accountability. Now here I am 2 weeks later and have a connection but cannot even browse. 55804-Duluth MN. Switched to Roku for Zito streaming as they stopped supporting all set top boxes here well over a month ago. Local channels supposedly included, BUT- KBJR provides 2 broadcast channels, one NBC and another CBS. the guide lists programs for both stations, but the CBS station "plays" when I select the NBC Channel. In addition another local channel's guide shows "n.a." yet is available, but not searchable and I cannot record from that channel. Over a month should be enough time for them to fix this.

Zitos internet and cable have been down since 5pm on Dec 23 and hasn’t been fixed yet. When u call it just goes to a prerecorded message. Here it is Christmas Eve and no internet or cable. Are they gonna fix it before Christmas? Doubt it. Worst company ever!! 31046 GA.

Worst "internet" ever existing. Meanwhile the city has been 'placing fiber' which Zito isnt a part of, switching to the city Fiber whenever they finish it. Always had problems with Zito, always had to call and hold, always tired of it. This is sad if the military has to use this kind of 'service'. Get your head out of your arse! Mountain Home, ID.

Going 48 hours now, calling tech support gets you in touch with rude agents that are tired of, from what I’ve researched, being asked the same questions from customers across half a dozen states. All we are told is that they are performing network maintenance. No amount of questioning will get you an exact reason why or a window of when we can expect services to be back on line. Calling the sales number will get you an automated recording concerning “emergency” maintenance. Again, no specifics and not timeframe of return of services. After 48 hours it only right that paying customers are at LEAST given a reason as to why they can get service.

75603 Longview Was intermittent yesterday and totally out today. A service truck went across the street. I told him we did not have service. He acknowledged and phoned someone, but left. If only the government worked harder to improve service I. Rural communities. That’s right! They too busy saying inflation is good!

Grandmother is 99 and has no phone or internet, which means she can't watch TV or call us. This is day number 2 in Cameron, Tx... Ridiculous!!!! Get it fixed or pro rate the bills.
