No internet since 12/14 at 6:05 AM. They have been “working on it” yet it is now 11:30 on 12/15 and still no internet. This is unacceptable! New accounts/new service calls are answered in 5 seconds. Customer service calls are answered in 15-20 minutes - or not at all. They cannot explain the issue nor can they provide an ETA for repair. We’re in the mountains and work from home - but not for the past 2 days! How can a company operate in this manner?! Time for a class action lawsuit.

76450 Graham Internet has been out for 5 hours now. Called Zito and they said they are doing maintenance throughout areas of Texas. It's been a while, hopefully they will finish soon.

Saint Marys, Pa Just called Zito again for the 5th time today. Mason from Zito said they are still down, no ETR, and no one is working on it now because it is Thanksgiving!! I asked what happened on Tuesday night and yesterday and he couldn’t answer me! I told him it’s time to dump Zito!! Freaking ridiculous!!

Still no proper internet in Saint Marys. Using Ping Plotter and it comes on for 60 seconds every 5 minutes. Able to watch SD quality Netflix at times. Was told they will be working on it tomorrow but who knows if that's true. It might be time to ask our city officials why they keep makings deals with the devil. $$$$$$$ is probably the real answer to that. 15857 Saint Marys PA

For everyone having issues with speed i recommend filing a report with the fcc. There is no excuse to be sold 1MBPS only to get 1/10 of that speed. St Marys 15857

St Marys Pa 15857 Going on day two now with no internet. Out since Tuesday night. Same recorded message since last evening. The message says the techs have been dispatched but I highly doubt anyone is working on it. Feel bad for the other customers in town who can’t watch Thanksgiving football with their families. I’ve had to cancel two streams already and possibly more. This company has become more incompetent as time goes on. Installed fiber optic on 11/4 and 5 days later an outage happened and ever since my speed has been sitting at 95mpbs. Called several times and was told several different things. Wish Windstream would get the speed I need and fiber optic in my neighborhood. Soon as that happens I’m jumping ship. Zito are a bunch of morons !

15857 St Marys PA AGREE WITH ALL above.. Looking at Windstream...40+ hours no internet, tv, phone service spottty. Totally uncalled for..look at Zito FB page ..100's of jobs needed..yep! All fiber optic related..noone to fix crap they forced us to make appt to install...never received call to make appt and my services were terminated and locked by Carrigan Jordon, bill paid and all..to get my attention because she does not do her job calling people!!!!
