Makinen 55763 I was on hold with the tech-support for 45 minutes. They had me reboot my router, and finally told me that the Internet was down across the entire state and they did not know when it would be returning. Frustrating to be on hold for such a long time and I can’t help but wonder why they would have me reboot my router if they know the Internet is down across the state. Zito - some information would be helpful!

It’s going on day 2 with no internet. No answers to when it will be fixed or even what the problem is. Looking at their outages it looks like it’s getting worse in the country than being fixed . Has anyone heard anything? Northern Minnesota

55705 Aurora internet and phone out all day and into tomorrow. Finally got cust. Svc person who was helpful to explain but I had to work from home today. Ended up paying for a mobile Hotspot for a month so I could complete my work. Frustrating.

The internet has been so slow for 2weeks and now this. Might have to invest in a hot spot. Nothing but problems and all they want to have you do is unplug and boot it up again and tell you it’s working

Makinen 55763 We enjoy Zito and the fact that we have fiber in the middle of the woods in northern Minnesota is great. Having said that, this is the second time in the last month when we’ve experienced an outage of over eight hours. We have three adults living in the home that either work from home or go to school online. As such our Internet is very important to us. The thing that really disappoints me is the lack of communication about the situation and a timeline for when it will be repaired. Maybe I’m naïve about this, but it seems to me that they should be able to tell you approximately how long it will be until the Internet is restored. Anyone that works in Customer Service can tell you that communication is a key component to customer satisfaction. To date that has been lacking.

Internet is out again, imagine a cable internet as slow as dial-up and unreliable as satellite, yep, that’s zito. Corrupt company that only wants money, reguardless of services renderd and is already enduring litigation for misrepresentation of services. You will not receive what they promise or what you pay for. I wish I looked at BBB before I entered into a contract. All of us here experiencing this dreadful service need to come together and migrate to new services, don’t let zito have any more of your money. Longview tx 75603

My internet has been going off and on for 10 days now in lacenter, ky,42056...cannot get ANY answers...but that there is a "maintenance problem"...zito is horrible...switching next month...I'm done with there horrible service and unprofessional workers..I have had 4 techs out...still not working...

After 22 minutes, I got through to an offshore call center. They confirmed the outage for Western North Carolina. Technicians are on-site or are at least aware of the service issues. At this time, Zito is not publishing a timeline for service to be restored.

28785 we lose interest almost weekly, wish mountain cable never sold to them. Miss being able to drive down the road to walk in and pay my bill. Sadly we are stuck with them bc other companies don't reach us yet

28716 Canton NC. This might be the worst company in any field of business. Constant problems. I HIGHLY recommend finding a legit ISP because this one is such a scam all the way around. Whoever owns this company should be ashamed to take people's money and likely will be facing a lawsuit for accepting money against services rendered. I'm so close to calling my own attorney. Just sad and pathetic!!
