55616 - Two Harbors/Silver Creek MN - Zito was back up roughly 24hrs after going down. Unsure of issue or fix, Chat support didn't respond w/in their support hours, and are not available over weekend hours. Happy to have it back up.

I live around the Harrisburg carrier mills area in IL an zito is down every day an i mean everyday an when you call they spill the same excuse over an over an I'm sick of this shit tbh to a point I'm about to file a civil lawsuit i cannot take this Bs you sit here an tell people that their is people working on it when in reality their isn't a fkn soul working on it their for you're scamming people smh soon as i can I'm finding a different internet company an telling these people to go F them selfes.

Clinton, Kentucky. Internet has been ot for over a week. They said it would be fixed in an hour. Drove around our town and no ZITO vans or repair trucks anywhere, mind you you can drive around this tow and hit every street in 10 to 15 minutes. Out from 11 July 2023 til 22 July 2023 so far and today is Saturday..

Day 14 still no internet. Technician came out. Zito has no employees in Illinois. There are only 7 technicians in Kentucky and a few of them drive to Illinois everyday. 2 hours here and back. They are sick of it. There is a new manager that they are begging to hire more people. They also want to be cross trained The techs can only deal with the modem, cables involving the house to the box outside. I have a bigger problem which now gets elevated to the maintenance team that deals with the boxes further down the line. There are only 2 people on that team for Kentucky and Illinois. So there is an outage in Kentucky. They are not coming to Illinois until it is solved. Techs want to be trained in some of the maintenance tasks. Carbondale Illinois 62901

55616 - Northern MN - Zito Internet is down, however my back up internet provider - Frontier (yes, I have to pay for a back up internet service provider based on Zito's poor customer service levels) - is working fine, thankfully.

42056 Zito media shuts off Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 11pm or 12 am for 5 min to 30 min for over a year. It's been out now almost 24 hrs starting July 17th. Yay me!

I pay this money because beside Starlink or DSL companies Zito won’t let other companies provide service to my non rural neighborhood of 39 houses day 9 no service just made my daily phone call. If you speak Spanish , I just learned 1 phrase, they transfer you to United States and they were speaking English. Our appointment for the 19th was just cancelled. She had no information. They are working on it. I see no trucks at the hub. She can not make a work order due to the outage. Not all if my neighbors are down just some. Carbondale IL 62901 BBB is next on my list. I see that Zito at least responds with information.

Day 8 no internet. Call Zito daily and they always say someone is arriving on a certain date but when that passes and I call again no record that a technician came to my area. Just words. They say outages in my town but neighbors on my street with Zito have internet. Carbondale IL. University Town 62901. I don’t live in a rural area. I don’t no what to do except report to BBB
