In the past 2 months my internet has been down more than up! It's been down this time for 5 solid days!!! If there was another provider out here in the back of beyond I would have switched a long time ago! Longview, Texas

62966 Murphysboro IL - Constant problems with Zito over the last month or so. Multiple outages daily it seems. Clueless reps with cookie cutter excuses. Been dealing with these same kind of problems since 2018 except for during the pandemic when it was thankfully stable.

Southern Illinois, second time in as many weeks. Internet is down and this time the 3rd party Indian call center took a while to find the canned issue response (which is the same response everytime): "...maintenance issues, our technicians are working on it diligently, when they are finished your internet will be restored." Of course no ETA is ever mentioned. FYI, if you want the real technical answers and at least some educated guess on restoration time, choose option 2 on the Zito number for sales support, then ask to get directed to US tech support when an English human answers the call.

93225 Frazier Mountain, CA - has been in and out for 2 WEEKS. Down for hours at a time. I am WFH for a law office; it is imperative to have connection as we have constant hard deadlines. Absolutely unacceptable — worse than dial up. More frustrating they outsource their customer service who are not helpful and had one very RUDE call. We are canceling and bit the bullet and ordered Starlink. Very expensive but reliable!!!! When moving here from the city, every single neighbor warned Zito is horrible but it was the only service available at the time since it is a rural area. Never ever again. Cancel your service!

Didn't pay my bill for 3 months had good service for about 3 weeks after 3 months with a combined total withing thise 3 months of maybe a couple weeks of service. I got shut off, now my fucking internet is back down. Your guys service is better if the bill don't get payed. Now I'm stuck the fuck again with your Indian techs telling me they can't do anything. Why the fuck you paying techs that can't even be understood and are unable to even fycking help. This is worse than dial up, at least with that you could hear it working.

Finally got in through with a US rep in Penn, practically all service around the Murphysboro, IL area is currently down. Field techs identified the main line fiber break location a few hours ago. Waiting for the fusion gear and heavy assist vehicles to finish deployment and staging. OK so maybe a few hours more before this is all fixed...

Reported outage yesterday in zip code 75103 and tech was scheduled to come out today but never showed. Going to keep track of how many days it's out and request a refund for those days. I reported the failure to show and continued loss of internet. We will see how long this takes.

28785 Waynesville, NC: The past week I have called ZITO customer service several times. No internet (no phone) 15-30 minutes or longer twice each morning and twice each afternoon and sometimes in the middle of the night. Once, I could count on it. No longer. Was to switch to TV2GO but without internet I will have no TV either. PLEASE SOMEONE, FIX the INTERNET in this area.

Internet has been down for a full 48hrs and when we called to ask what was happening, we were greeted with hostility. Be happy you're the only Internet service in my area because we wouldve dropped you guys forever ago. Worst internet service ever. Wheres comcast when you need decent internet.
