So just talked to tech guy yesterday says the line is cut somwhere and they have no clue where there lines are to find it. Now I have copper wire for my line, SOLID. how come I get Internet on and off but the line is cut? Wouldn't I not get any Internet? Also i was told by a rep that I could barely understand that it was getting fixed and there end says there working on it, if that's the case than how come Bennet Nebraska is on your list of outages. I think you guys are full of fucking shit. Your all lazy. If I got reviews at my job like you get at yours I'd be trying to do better not reading off a fucking punch card that's pre written with answers.

Zito - a cheap company that provides low quality service and customer service. Does not support American employment since the choose to try to provide customer service. CSRs in India don’t really listen to your call they just have their rote answers. If you have a choice avoid Zito at all cost. Mars Hill, NC 28754

Bennet NE 68317, you guys really need to get your shit in order. My internet has been on for 2 days with a upload speed of 0.34 and a download speed of 45.67 fluctuating lower but not higher. I'm pay over 60 fucking dollars a month. IN advance. And I can't even stream anything. I'd spend the extra money elsewhere but Noone else is any better where I'm at. Fix your shit or shut your fucking company down.

Called zito tech support .... they are in India! Guy said they are doing maintenance... bullshiet my parents are just down the road and theirs works fine!! Zito sucks have gig speed and not getting near gig speed !

Paying over a $100 a month for utter shite internet. It was good the first year, then we upgraded to 5G and now... constantly going out. Multiple times a day, every day. Sitting at mcdonalds to use their wifi is less stressful than this. I'm feeling like a refund is in order.

Murphysboro, IL 62966 - Internet service has been down for three days and this is the start of the fourth—no answer on the helplines. For two days I had to talk to an overseas agent. One local worker measured deadline and promised a solution day before yesterday. I am still waiting.

17044 zito media has a monopoly in my area and they proceed with business as such. Outages weekly during spring and summer and on and off connection at least once a week. Never will they deduct the outage time from your payment as they always expect your money for shitty service. Can hardly reach an American to help you service either. sorry SOB company most times.

28714, Yancey County, Zito Media cable out for 24 hours. Called 24 hours ago and was told...sorry, don't know when service will return. Called 6 PM yesterday and was told...service should return about 1 hour. Called 10 minutes ago and was told...car crash caused outage and will be an additional 26 to 36 hours. Five minutes later the service returns. But for how long? Understand Haywood County customers are still without service for a week.

I’m in St Mary’s 15857. My internet was down for a week after the fiber optic line was installed. It was then good for a day or so but has now been on and off at random times for about 5 days. Generally during the afternoon. I work remotely and I’m fortunate my employer is understanding.

28721 Clyde, NC Internet out for a week or longer. I have never dealt with a company like Zito. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They blamed Haywood emc electric but has nothing to do with zitos problems. They keep saying “wait” every time I call. No one there is concerned and they don’t practice any communication with customers. Just “wait” is the only action taken. Every time I call a new work order is created but when I call again next day there’s no work order. Wtf? Absolutely awful company.

Bennet NE 68317, how do I only pay for the internet I'm getting? If I get charged full price I will follow up with a law suit, I'm gonna be strait up, my internet very rarely works during daytime hours but no problems at night!!! My service is usually down from 7am to almost 11 at night.

28714 - Been going on 72 hours without internet. However my neighbors have it when I call to ask they say we are on a different box or something? Okay no big makes sense, however the the techs are working on it and we have to have it back soon is getting old. Clearly they were no prepared for an outage of this size/caliber. Are they gonna comp us the days we have been without? Not holding my breath!

28716 - Cruso. Going on day 4 with no internet. First excuse was “we’re waiting on the power company.” Which power company? Where? Haywood EMC showing no outages as of Monday. No real explanation. No proactive response. I’m really fed up with this company. Wish I had a real alternative.

28716 - Going on day 3, with very limited connectivity. Barely has a pulse. Once every couple of hours it'll burst traffic and you can visit a site or two briefly. Sigh.

Canton NC, 28716...So credit to Tabitha who is the poor soul that has to answer the phones and catch hell from hundreds or even thousands of people who are pissed and tired of subpar internet service. She was very sweet and kind. I'm fully aware that this has nothing to do with the employees answering phones and fielding complaints. HOWEVER, that still doesn't get folks back up and running. There are many of us that own businesses and make a living by depending on and using the internet in order to pay the bills. So when we end up I'm this "We are working on it and thanks for being patient" madness....doesn't pay my mortgage, insurance and so on...I understand having to send out field techs and engineers to get things buttoned up and back working again but then this isn't that at all. This is the third day I have spoke with a Zito Media customer service manager and she told me that it could be another 24 hours...but then she said it could actually be WEEKS yall! That's unacceptable and Zito needs to sell and get out of this type of business if that is the best they can. Truly, following the covid time frame we all endured, we are now seeing more and more people working part and full time from home. Therefor when this happens with the internet for example....people get behind and can't make ends meet. Then all of the sudden there's a slew of homeless people popping up all over the area of the delayed outage. When this could all be bypassed by something so simple as Zito Media continually dropping the ball like they are right this very minute. Come on Zito!! You're better than this!! Get it together and send the necessary techs and engineers to get this fixed and handled once and for all!!! Thanks again to Tabitha from Pennsylvania who has to answer the phones and calm folks down that are having this same type issue. DO BETTER ZITO!!!!

68317 Bennet NE, I have had zito for 2 months. Everyday it goes out for about 5 hours strait. I have internet just a signal without any speeds. Idk how many times I've unplugged my router ( 24-48 hour) service calls BULL**** that's all you need to do. Just keep doing it until it comes back online. I deal with the problem everyday, I'm not paying 63$ for hardly any service.

Company is shit, I don't have internet thru them thank God ???? but I have cable thru them. Most of the movie channels continously keep stopping. Never had this problem with kuhn's cable. All this started happening once zito took over kuhn's. Can't switch to Comcast, there not in my area 17244

Area 15857. Zito been shit since last week constantly going in and out saying I aint connected when playing video games even though I'm in a party talken to people. I have shit download speed around 0mbs to 50mbs when I was getting 500+ called zito Tuesday they said it would be fixed asap and here we are stil no fix and bullshit internet.
